Ở những địa điểm ở khắp nơi trên thế giới có đặt những chiếc webcam được nối mạng qua internet , và nó chuyển hình ảnh lên mạng để mọi người ở các nơi khác trên thế giới có thể theo dõi được thông qua internet , phần mềm này tập hợp những đường dẫn đến những hình ảnh mà các webcam upload lên .

Active WebCam captures images up to 30 frames per second from any video device including USB, analog cameras, TV-boards, camcorders, and from network IP cameras.
The program performs simultaneous recording and broadcasting from unlimited number of cameras.
